Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors who are under the age of 16, unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities, in order to prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us via info@huismanscherming.nl, and we will delete this information.

Huisman Scherming BV processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To be able to call you or send you an e-mail if this is necessary for us to carry out our services
• To give you the opportunity to create an account
• Huisman Scherming BV analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and match the offer of products and services to your preferences.

Huisman Scherming BV does not use cookies or similar techniques. Because we want to know how our visitors use the website, so that we can optimise the use of the website, we use Google Analytics. For this we have concluded a processing agreement with Google. Therefore, cookies from Google are placed through this website. The information is anonymised as much as possible. Accessing, correcting or deleting data

You have the right to access, correct or remove your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Huisman Scherming BV and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organisation specified by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your permission or an objection to the processing of your personal data to info@huismanscherming.nl. To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, obscure your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Huisman Scherming BV would also like to point out that you have the option of filing a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
